This company was founded out of a desire for more control with a personal, hands-on approach. We partner with other consultants to provide a complete and comprehensive team made up of the right resources to meet the client’s needs. We devote time toward strategizing for brand recognition and delivery methods to provide our clients with a full and satisfying experience from start to finish.

Engineering is not necessarily an apparent, tangible construct, it’s something that produces a change in the design philosophy between the project stakeholders to provide a well thought out and carefully planned facility that will serve its occupants comfortably, efficiently and cost-effectively. That’s what we expect and in turn pledge to you.

With over 35 years of experience, Linda’s vast project exposure includes K-12 and Higher Education, Commercial, Civic, Government, Light Industrial, Fire Stations, Clinics, Multi-Family, Churches, Mixed Use, and Offices. Some of her many project responsibilities include plumbing and HVAC design, energy management, temperature control, fire suppression, life cycle cost administration. Linda has led many projects as the prime consultant for mechanical upgrades, as well as working for contractors on the design/build team and as a consultant on design/bid/build projects

Outside of the office, Linda acts as Vice President of Seattle ASPE (American Society of Plumbing Engineers) – Seattle Chapter and the West Coast Representative for the Women of ASPE. She coordinates the monthly ASPE technical seminars lining up guest speakers to conduct continuing education for members.
